The NOMAD Music Creative Bootcamp was launched by NOMAD to identify promising music talent and provide them with a platform to grow and collaborate.

The two-week Creative Bootcamp during October was led by music producer and songwriter Mohammad Rayan Bailouni, who has played a significant role in the rebirth of the UAE’s music scene by working with a wide array of artists from different genres. The bootcamp enlisted a cohort of fifteen members with singers, musicians, SAE audio students and existing artists interested in scaling their musical aspirations.

A series of impactful and interactive workshops took the bootcamp members through the value chain of the music industry. Prominent industry experts and speakers such as Big Hass, Diego Farias, Spek (Pop Arabia Music Publishing), Rick Barker (Music Industry Blueprint) and Mike Fairburn (GM Sony Music Entertainment Middle East) shared first-hand insights on market access through Q&A and networking sessions.

The cohort collaborated in a creative challenge to produce music with Mohammad Rayan Bailouni and the outcomes will be celebrated at the NOMAD Festival.
