Aikido (a form of martial arts) signifies "The Way of Harmony With the Spirit". When employed in the right manner, it can be devastatingly effective. Seasoned practitioners can easily stop and neutralize powerful assaults from an adversary, as well as counter them with an equal and opposing force.

This summer, we proactively decided to learn how to grow our own mushrooms @ home, inspired by Paul Stamets & our own realization of just how POWERFUL and MAGICAL the Fungi Kingdom is!
