The shipping came in a reasonable amount of time. Yes, it was dropped off at the front door but we figured it out. It certainly is heavy. Carrying it up the stairs was no joke but so worth it. There was essentially nothing to do but unpack it and plug it in. It can be super close to the wall without damaging it, not butted up against the wall but close. I was afraid it was going to be small and I was going to feel stuffed in it but there is plenty of room, both for height and width. It is a quality product. Does not feel cheap or temporary by any means. I hooked up my Spotify to the Bluetooth with a special folder for this chair with rain, thunderstorms, and babbling creeks....so relaxing. The light on the side can be turned off through the remote or app. App was easy to set up. There are airbags to the shoulders, calves, arms and ankles. The heat to the lower back is a nice treat but the heat to the back of the calves isn't as noticable. Yes, the remote could use a back light but that is by no means a deal breaker. I did soooo much research and cross comparison. This is the one I landed on for the price point offering the absolutes I wanted in this machine. I love the stretch mode. The sleep mode will put you right out. Initially the foot roller wasn't working but wiggling the cable was all that took. Must have shook too much in transport but it hasn't had an issue since. Customer service is ON IT! I am quite impressed with their responsiveness. Well done. Between myself and all my adult children that still live nearby, it is a huge hit and frequently used by them in the 2 months that we've had it. I feared it would be a fad and not used much after the initial newness wore off but man was I wrong! I find myself working in a session throughout the day. Best decision ever!!! For the quality, the price, the customer service, the amenities...the whole package!!! Could go on and on... Very pleased. I believe you will be too.
