Today We are making a fantastic and different style soup. There are lot of varieties in soup, but today, We are making it with Banana stem. The extract water from banana stem is very healthy for kidneys. Please add banana stem in your weekly menu becasue it's that much healthy. Most people will do kichadi, poriyal, and we are doing a soup today. After adding some important special ingredients, We'll see how to make a perfect smooth soup that everyone likes. Also, banana stem is rich in fiber, so we need to cook it, grind it and strain it to make this. This process is about 10 to 15 minutes with respect to the stem cooking time.

BANANA STEM SOUP
Banana Stem(chopped) - 3 cups
Coconut oil - 4 tsp
Garlic - 5 cloves
Red chillies (dry) - 3 nos
Black pepper - 1 tsp
Fennel seeds – ½ tsp
Moong dal – 4 tsp
Curry leaves - 1 sprig
Onion – 1 nos
Green chillies - 2 nos
Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
Salt – As per taste
