How To Reverse The Polarity of an IR (for a Dual Iridium Rig)

Описание к видео How To Reverse The Polarity of an IR (for a Dual Iridium Rig)

One of the growing issues of amp simulation pedals is when paring Vox style and Fender style amps together, phasing issues occur. This can be corrected by using a dedicated piece of hardware like the DISO+ (with the upgraded polarity option) or by reversing the polarity on one of your two channels on your main sound board. However, doing this will often lock you intro having to use the same amp configuration for the duration of the performance. The good news is, if using pedals that utilize impulse responses (IRs) like the Strymon Iridium, there's a way to reverse the polarity of one of the IRs itself. This way, you can program your pedal(s) different ways to use the two amps throughout your gig without telling your sound tech to un-reverse the polarity of one of your channels!
