Indie Conversations with Lowell Dean

DARK MATCH is a film made in Alberta. Wrestler 'Miss Behave' (Ayshia Issa) is an ill-tempered beast in the ring and far from satisfied with her status in her independent wrestling league. Miss hesitantly agrees to participate in a non-televised "dark match" roadshow in the middle of nowhere. When she and her fellow wrestlers reach the creepy destination, they realize too late that small-town Satanists have lured them into a kill-or-be-killed event that's part gladiator match, part ritual sacrifice.

Lowell Dean is the writer and director of DARK MATCH and joins Indie Conversations to discuss his latest feature film.
