Sorry.. my microphone's still bad....casus belli is an act or situation that provokes or justifies a war. Anyway I had to scrap over half of the footage because of the constant reloading, even retrograding to previous saves because the newer ones were not sustainable.

Anyway 10:15 silly me, I kept clicking on the heal button and expected something different to happen. I was careless to neglect capturing the shipyard. It could've made the entire mission experience better.

The teals do not send reinforcements, so even if they capture the shipyard, it's fine! Only the Carthaginians (greens) will send reinforcements there.

25:28 somehow capturing the shipyard was enough to convince the Carthaginian reinforcement ship to retreat with its reinforcements even after they've been unloaded. Even so, I can be certain I was unaware of such a logic. I only observed that they wouldn't fight us somehow.
