Mandi Chutney Ingredients:
3 Chopped Tomatoes
2 Green Chilies
3 Garlic Cloves
1/2 Cup Coriander Leaves
2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
Salt To Taste

Mandi Raita Ingredients:
1 Cup Yogurt
2 Tablespoons Coriander Leaves
2 Tablespoons Mint Leaves
Salt To Taste

Fish Marination Ingredients:
1-1/2 Kg Fish
4 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
1/2 Teaspoon Food Color
1-1/2 Tablespoons Ginger Garlic Paste
1 Tablespoon Red Chili Powder
1 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
