This quest takes place within the Arcway dungeon and can be seen on the Suramar map. Although the dungeon was originally only released on Mythic, this world quest can be completed on heroic (and mythic) difficulty. Once inside, you will first need to defeat an enemy known as the Silver Serpent, who can be found in the center of the dungeon near where Advisor Vandros will be fought later. This enemy has 3 abilities, all of which you should be wary of (they hit hard): (1) Mana Blast, which deals damage to players in a line indicated by a white/purple marking on the ground, (2) Temporal Storm, which will target many areas indicated by purple swirls and will deal damage to players in those areas, and (3) Mana Explosion, which deal damage to all players within 80 yards of this enemy. Once you defeat this enemy, continue with the dungeon as you normally would and defeat the final boss, Advisor Vandros. Once both of these enemies are defeated, this world quest will be marked as complete.
