Disclaimer: the rule we drill here doesn't cover all the situations when we omit "есть"! But don't worry, the main idea now is to get used to both of them and start using them in your speech.

Remember to answer ALL the questions OUT LOUD and REPEAT the correct answers after me!

Answers may vary, I will give you mine as an example!
Мои ответы:
1) Я слушаю музыку, когда я гуляю.
2) Вечером. Я читаю вечером.
3) Я гуляю днём или вечером. Я гуляю, когда я не работаю.
4) Я обедаю в 12.
5) Я не изучаю русский язык :) Мои студенты изучают русский язык утром.
6) Я смотрю это видео в понедельник вечером. Я смотрю это видео в 8 вечера.
