Aloo Gosht Recipe in Hindi with English Subtitles/Mutton With Potato curry/ Tasty Aloo Methi Gosht

Aloo methi gosht is a tasty recipe prepared using potatoes,mutton and onion, its a tasty recipe must in every Indian platter.I will show you a tasty and an easy method of preparing this dish.

INGREDIENTS
------------------------
Potatoes -- 5
Mutton -- 200 gm
Onion -- 1 big sized
Dried fenugreek leaves -- 2 tablespoon
Oil -- 2 tablespoon
Turmeric powder -- 1/2 teaspoon
Red chilli powder -- 2 teaspoon
Ginger garlic paste -- 1 1/2 teaspoon

METHOD
---------------
1.Cut potatoes into small cube shaped pieces.
2.In a pan heat oil and add onion and mutton washed properly.
3.Saute them and in it add turmeric powder,salt and ginger garlic paste..saute them
well till water evaporates .
4.Now add a glass of water and let it cook till mutton turns tender.
5.Then add red chilli powder,fenugreek leaves and potatoes.
6.Saute it well when water dries add some more water and cook well till potatoes gets cooked
well.
7.Tasty potato mutton curry is ready to eat..have it with roti,phulka or rice.
