You're unsure of how long exactly you've been the captive of a dragon, but there's been a full rotation of the seasons. In that time, you've grown familiar with your captor.

So far, they've upheld all of their promises. They've gotten you more activities to do during the day, including books and games. They stay home more often to speak with and entertain you. They've got cooking supplies and equipment and cookbooks so that you don't have to eat only charred chicken. And every night, they cuddle you to sleep, manhandling your body in a way that is more comfortable than it has any right to be.

But something has been bothering you. When the dragon first captured you, they were lean and muscular. But now, they're definitely bigger and squishier. And while it makes being held by them comfier, you still wonder what exactly is happening…
