How did Myanmar doctors get involve in covid period and spring revolution protests movements?

Myanmar's health status is one of the lowest countries in the world and the budget allocation for health sector is also low. During the Covid-19 pandemic which began in early 2020, Myanmar doctors save many lives in the midst of a deteriorating health care system.
