Deliberate, aggressive and dangerous "punishment pass" manoeuvre, courtesy of the driver of Y448AKK, a BMW X5. This occurred on 30/03/2016 at about 9:30 am on the Gloucester Road, heading into Bristol city centre. There is clearly no provocation for the incident.

I supplied the full video footage to the police, unedited. They declined to investigate further, citing my swearing after the incident and my failure to use cycle lanes later in the video as 'mitigating circumstances'. After chasing the incident, they agreed to send the driver an advisory letter about the incident, but also told me I was lucky I wasn't being charged with a public order offense for swearing.
