This was completed the first time Artifact Challenges were made available (first Mage Tower up phase) in very low ilvl for what the challenge was tuned at, ilvl 900.

Definitely not my cleanest run on her despite getting the kill. I didn't even use drums, commanding shout, enraged regeneration or my sweet sweet Gob rocket boots. I'll take it regardless.

Tips for lower ilvl:

Use Pyrdaz and/or Manacles if you have them.
Despite my very last use of Odin's Fury, you need to save it for Imp spawns. Due to this, BC & OF line up well enough making CoF not ideal.
Consumables - Spiced Wildfowl (not essential, but the amount adds will mean the bug is basically always up), Augment Rune & Flask. (I actually beat many a drum but didn't end up using them on the kill...)
Draught can be key in quickly breaking her shield, especially when she's doing increased damage later in the fight.
The more time you can spend solely on the boss ignoring imps, the better. I found this critical in phase 1 before her first teleport. This includes ignoring but trying to strategically place the pools of Fuming imps. Completely ignoring imps isn't an option.
Fearing Servant Imps will sometimes cause them to just run back to the boss and hang out, waiting for your next BC OF window. Take advantage of that.
Pay attention to when you phase her (every 10% sub 50%). A less than ideal phase where you're dealing with her shield plus an imp spawn can quickly turn into a wipe.
You'll read in several guides "This is purely mechanics, just handle the imps and 2ez." - While imp control is a thing, due to the stacking debuff (Agatha's Vengeance) which increases not only Agatha's damage but the imps, this is very much a dps / gear check.
Adjust the fight to your playstyle. There's multiple ways of approaching this. Some more gear dependent than others. If killing all the imps asap isn't working, switch it up.
I imagine the 43 trait that empowers OF would be real nice for this. If you're struggling, farm the AP to get it. It's more AOE regardless and one of the procs tosses a decent heal on you.
Understand there is some RNG involved. Agatha will straight up block your interrupts at times. Not to be mistaken with kicking her too early (before shield is down) or kicking her while Umbral imps are up. Imp spawn and to some degree where they teleport can make things go horribly wrong real fast, but that's more manageable than a blocked interrupt.
Keep working at it. I had written this off as not doable until ~910 worn. Beat my face against her (phrasing) Mon & Tue for more shards than I care to mention, then ended up getting her on attempt 2 Wed.
