It is probably the first exercise most Hypnotherapists and NLP Practitioners get taught in regards to a Hypnotic Induction. It is very easy to do and to apply on yourself when you want to put yourself into a beautiful state of relaxation and actually a lot of Hypnotherapists use it as their go-to hypnotic Induction when working with clients in the Therapy room.
