In this video, I explain how I-75, I-85, and I-20 were routed through Black Atlanta, how Spaghetti Junction locked segregation into place, and how federal funding and local planning decisions worked together to protect white wealth.

I also show how this same blueprint played out in Detroit, New Orleans, Houston, Baltimore, and St. Louis. Different cities. Same design.

This is what happens when policy, planning, and power align against the poor.
