A fantastic day-in-the-life, just grillin' & chillin'... The magic of traveling full-time injects the real world directly into our daily routines; everyone makes dinner, but our lifestyle forces us to do it in a creative way and in places that really remind us to take in the things that make the world - whichever part of it we happen to inhabit - so special.

This day in April '22 we were exploring central Florida preparing for a six-week road-trip that would take us to four national parks, and even more special stops in between. Stay tuned for those videos coming soon!


We've found that using charcoal and the grills available in many public parks has been a great alternative to hauling around a propane grill - we used to travel with a 21" Blackstone griddle! We meal-prep steaks and burgers and enjoy a beautiful park like this one.

We've been searching for a way to get out on the water that was also portable enough for traveling full time in our 2021 Winnebago Travato (model 59GL NPF) and I think we found it! The Body Glove Bullet is an inflatable stand-up paddleboard with a clip-on seat and footrests that can be paddled like a kayak as well as in the standing position. It folds up into a backpack thats small enough to hide under the bed in our "garage" area in the van, and is light enough to carry to that stream that looks like a great paddle but isn't quite as accessible by vehicle.
