Michelle Rushton and Shaun Kenny started this People of Influence channel to energise and equip leaders and aspiring leaders who want to have a greater impact on the world and in their workplaces; who want to become People of Influence. Their experience and expertise is informed by over a decade of working with some of the world’s great companies as clients and is backed by years of applying insights from the fields of psychology/behavioural science, applied neuroscience, neuroeconomics and behavioural economics.
