This video shows you step by step how to assemble a manually height-adjustable table using the item MB Building Kit System.

How does manual height adjustment work with the item Table Column Set 8 80x40 K?
The Table Column Set 8 80x40 K can be used to create manually height-adjustable work benches without the need for electricity. The crank drive with concealed synchronous shaft (Tube D16 SW6) enables infinitely variable height adjustment up to 300 mm. The design is stable, can bear loads of up to 120 kg and can be configured flexibly.
