Visa requirements for the PHILIPPINES:
1. Passport with a minimum of six (06) months' validity.
02. Accomplished and signed VISA APPLICATION FORM (which may be accessed and filled out at: https://www.visa.gov.ph)
03. A photocopy of the passport identity page.

05. Flight booking
06. Proof of financial capability: e.g., assets/ownership, proof of tax payments, certificate of employment, valid business license, bank statements, or letter/proof of financial support by sponsor (should include passport copy and address of sponsor in the Philippines)
07. Two (2) recent 2 x 2” ID pictures
08. A police clearance may be required later by the Philippine Embassy.
09. Request letter regarding the purpose of the visit.
10. Proof of lodging
11. Invitation and valid ID from the inviting party in the Philippines (if applicable)

For Job Holder:

10. Salary Certificate.

15. Vaccine Certificate.
Additional Requirements (17 years old and below)
01. Birth certificate
02. Marriage certificate of parents
03. Copy of parents’ passports

01. Visa processing time is 12-15 days.
02. Single Entry (valid for three (3) months) - Tk 4,600.00
03. Multiple Entry (valid for six (6) months) - 9,200.00
04. Multiple Entry (valid for one (1) year) - 13,800.00
