Today I’m making Crack Slaw with Dumplings on the Blackstone griddle — all the flavors of an egg roll in a bowl, but leveled up with crispy, steamed dumplings right on the flat top. No chopping cabbage, no homemade dumplings, no stress. Just good groceries.

This is one of those easy weeknight meals that looks fancy, tastes unreal, and comes together fast. Frozen dumplings, bagged coleslaw mix, a simple homemade stir fry sauce, and a buttery yum yum sauce to finish it off. You can even skip the rice if you want — I’ll tell you straight, it’s optional.
