Greetings beautiful embodiments, of sweet sun and moon,

Expression of emotions is very important, I believe, but not just that of what we deem to be positive. Other emotions that are rather feared and avoided, such as despair and grief, have a right to acknowledgement and release as well. This is what I am sharing today in a poem, for I do not wish to only share uplifting messages. I wish to incorporate a whole spectrum of different states, for they are are just as valid as any other, and perhaps their vulnerable unfolding, may chip away at the seeming walls of separation that we face in many of today's modern societies, especially in relation to emotion.
