I love the soft elegance of a tone-on-tone color palette - but there still needs to be SOME contrast. Adding this metallic gold acrylic glaze brought the color value down in my negative space, but it was transparent enough that I didn't lose any of the shapes or the organic grunginess. GREAT solution - so glad I tried this!

I think I was almost as excited about finding uses for the swatches of fabric. If you journal - you should absolutely try this!
