You could spend years hopping around the Greek islands and not see it all! We flew into Santorini because that was where we found our discounted flights to, and ended in Koufonisi (which was our favorite by FAR)!!!!!

This was actually my first trip using ChatGPT to plan and it found the perfect island for our family- Koufonisi. It was authentic, beautiful, clean, peaceful and not too expensive. You could walk from one end of the island to the other in 30 minutes. The locals were so welcoming to our boys and the food was to die for.

Every day we jumped out of bed and spent the every hour of sunlight beach hopping, riding around on scooters, watching the sunset and just being together. I will always have look back fondly at the little house we rented, minutes away from the beach, and all of the special memories we made there with our boys.

And.....I think I will be dreaming about Greek salad for the rest of my life!

There are still several thousand Greek islands to explore. It would take lifetimes and lifetimes to see it all! :)
