Taquitos dorados Recipe
Makes 16-18 taquitos depending on size and how much they are stuffed.

To cook chicken

Chicken breast 1 lb
White onion, medium 1/4 ea
Garlic, cloves 2 ea
Water 4 cups or enough to cover chicken and cook in it
Salt Season the water

Corn Tortillas 16-18 ea
Brand of choice- La banderita or El Guerrero white tortillas

Sour cream or Mexican style cream
