Turning rolls designed for pipe or vessel rotational welding. Capacities range from 2,200 lb. to 130,000 lb. All turning rolls have solid-state conBKTols and high frequency protected.

Steeel rolls with polyurethane tires
Quick, accurate roll centering adjustment
Hand pendant with Forward-Stop-Reverse, speed potentiometer and fast button are standard for models BKT-3504 and larger
BKT-0100 have solid-state controls
BKT-3504, BKT-3500B & BKT-6000B have AC inverter drive motor with dynamic braking on the rotation drives
High frequency protected
Optional variable speed foot control

Capacities range from 10,000 to 130,000 lb
Main base frames are fabricated and stress relieved before machining
Worm gears & helical drive gears are designed to provide high torque and low backlash
Synchronized AC inverter drive control for each motor with dynamic braking on the rotation drives
Steel rollers with natural rubber tires
BKT series designed with symmetrical roller for quick and accurate screw type centering adjustment
BKT series are bolt type for diameter adjustment
Hand pendant with Forward-Stop-Reverse, speed potentiometer and fast button is standard
High frequency protected
Optional variable speed foot control
Optional: Travel/Rail car & track
