About BARCS

BARCS was incredibly honored to be presented with the Petco Foundation's 2018 Lifesaving Impact Award this past Friday evening. Prior to our acceptance of the award is a beautiful video produced by ShelterMe TV, detailing the story of our history, our perseverance and our organization today. We are thankful to the Petco Foundation for their ongoing financial support which has made our visions and programs a reality.
