Eberlestock X2

Описание к видео Eberlestock X2

Hi folks, I'm sharing one of my backpacks with you all. This is my Eberlestock X2 pack and it screams quality. I will be using this pack going forward or until I get a new one. My Maxpedition Falcon II is for emergency purposes, so I plan to use my X2 for day hikes, hunting, fishing, bushcraft and travel. The specs are listed below. Enjoy.

Eberlestock X2 (1830 cu inches or 29.9 Liters) $189 US Dollars
Category: Daypack
Material: 1000 denier nylon (water resistant)
Color: Dry Earth
Approximate weight empty: 4 lbs. 8 ounces or 2.0 kg

This is a heavy duty pack and has been shown to carry an Elk quarter or handle 100 lbs. of gear.

Features: top loading, grab handle, webbing, two top pockets including one felt lined pocket for electronics or glasses, two water bottle holders, two large hydration side pockets, two additional pockets for small spotting scope, tripod or shooting sticks, one front pocket for a rain cover or other essentials, shock-cord for lashing a fleece or raincoat, two waist pockets, four D-rings, aluminum frame for structure and stability, sufficient padding, well ventilated mesh backing.

Clarification Note: The inside of the bat wings are only designed to fit a two liter bladder or comparable object. Bulky spotting scopes with an angled eye piece and large 80mm objectives will NOT fit inside the zippered bat wing pockets, but a smaller/compact straight scope will fit as long as there are no other items inside any of the inner and outer side pockets. All of the tuck pockets must be empty to allow for lateral space consumption. Smaller spotting scopes can also be accommodated between the main compartment and bat wing sleeve by loosening the compression straps and placing the scope inside the internal tuck pocket and then cinching the scope against the main compartment. Lastly, larger spotting may be accommodated on top by simply laying them flat and utilizing the retention flat to secure it. They may also be carried inside the side water bottle pocket so long as there are no other items in any of the tuck pockets to impede or obstruct the fit. It can be secured further by lashing it to the upper webbing with a piece of shock cord. The Gunslinger II is a larger pack and better suited for carrying large objects.

See video showing quick access carry option with spotting scope exposed in tripod.

Note: I have no opinion or judgement on how heavy or light you make your own backpack. Pack loads and contents are personal preference and I’m sure whatever you choose to carry in your pack will be right for you. Respectfully
