Crippen Crushing uses the Kleemann MOBIREX MR 130 to process limestone directly on-site at a housing development in Winchester, Virginia.

This MR 130 was the first Kleemann crusher imported to the US in 2006. It operates together with the Kleemann Mobibelt stacker, efficiently handling large volumes of material.

Operator Joseph Macus explains how the MR 130 consistently crushes even dense limestone. Superintendent Adam Mullins highlights the machine’s durability and simple handling.

The team is producing a 3-inch minus product for use under roads and behind retaining walls at Willow Run. So far, over 60,000 tons of limestone have been processed on-site.

On-site crushing reduces transportation needs, lowers diesel emissions, and cuts quarry material costs. The MR 130 setup saves time and improves environmental impact by minimizing equipment and haulage requirements.
