Attract Hedgehogs to Your Garden! | Episode 18: The Hedgehog Hotel

Hedgehogs are cute mammals, but also vitally important to our ecosystem. These cute critters feed on various insects and slugs, preventing infestations. Sadly, the European hedgehog (Erinaceus europaeus) is in strong decline over here in The Netherlands, so they need all the help we can give them!

In this episode, I will show you how we made a hedgehog hotel, which attracted our first hedgehog within three weeks. Would you like to help hedgehogs survive the cold winter?
