Just Right Hot-Rod History! Decades ago, this original Deuce Coupe was owned, perfectly massaged and reworked by the renowned metal-master Terry Hegman. Several years later, Terry relocated to SO-CAL along with his Hi-Boy Deuce Roadster and this Coupe, which was later sold to well known club hot-rodder & paint/detail master Julian "Jules" Alvarez...

Shortly thereafter, purchased/owned for 20yrs by "Norm Morrison", an "early" member of the BTA (Bell Timing Association, El Mirage etc), Coffins Car Club 1946-1951 and prior Air-Force B29 flight engineer who frequently attended Donut Derelicts in Huntington Beach where Norm would wait until the path was clear, he would SMOKEUM & I MEAN SMOKUM!!!

After Norm's untimely and unfortunate passing, it was later purchased from the Morrison Family by the late "Bob Anderson" another legendary So-Cal beach area hot-rodder and club member who was well known for his hand-built OFFY POWERED 1929 Ford Roadster Pick-Up and automotive collection. During this period, Bob completely refreshed/restored this Coupe to suit his style along with a perfectly matched Roadster or Pair of Deuces...

With the assistance of Spuds Garage a few years ago, the current owner, long time hot-rodder and Deuce Coupe enthusiast Tom P. of Lake Havasu City, AZ purchased "ISABELLE" from the Anderson Family in Lake Isabelle, CA. Respecting it's presence, Tom has fine tuned the suspension just a touch, updated drive friendly 4bbl fuel delivery, fitted a set of Vintage "style" Indy kidney bean true pin-drive knock-off wheels wrapped in Michelin rubber and Now It's Your Turn, SMOKEM!!!

Four-piece hood, hot-rod louvered uppers and 20 louver hood-sides, modern King-Bee style headlights w/turn signals, custom chrome spreader bars, 1950 Pontiac LED tail-lamps, louvered upper fuel tank panel. Vintage "style" Indy kidney bean true pin-drive knock-off 15/16" billet wheels and Michelin Defender LTX radial tires (185/65/R15 Front & 245/75R16 Rear)...

Power-Train: GM/Chevrolet 1967 V8 rebuilt to 327cid specifications (cast# 3892657), period "double-hump" cast iron cylinder heads, recent Edelbrock EPS aluminum intake & AVS2 carburetor, Lokar cable controls, OEM distributor w/Petronix electronic ignition conversion, ZIP'S water pump riser w/GM water pump, HD radiator, steel flex fan, ceramic coated short tube headers & rear exit exhaust, stainless Magna-Flow bullet mufflers, chrome Teapot style air-filter, polished billet finned valve covers, GM Turbo-Hydro 350 automatic transmission, polished Winters "V8" quick change rear axle (348 Ratio)...
