At its meeting on August 7, 2024, the Public Works Committee reviewed reports of the Highway, Refuse/Recycling, Parks, Traffic and Streetlight, and Fleet Departments and the Stormwater Coordinator, and the minutes of the Environmental Advisory Council.
Items discussed included stormwater projects, a pedestrian crossing evaluation on Chelten Hills Dr near Whitewood Rd, a land development application for the Glenside Car Wash at 401-415 Glenside Ave, and the Montgomery County Consortium Vehicle Fuel Contract.
