A Visit to Carlo's Bake Shop - Hoboken, NJ

On our way up to New York to do tourist stuff in January, we stopped by the bakery made famous by the TLC reality show - Cake Boss. Just out of curiosity, we wanted to see and taste for ourselves the cakes, pies and pastries at Carlo's. Believe it or not we got waited on by one of the cast members from the show ... Maddalena Castano! It all was a great experience and one we won't soon forget.
