The taxi drivers approached them to reprimand them for their action, which ended up triggering a tense argument that increasingly escalated to the point of physical assaults, a scene that was recorded by one of the cameras installed in one of the taxis.The two taxi drivers had to be taken to a hospital to be treated for their injuries and were given a statement of injuries with which, according to Élite Taxi, the corresponding complaint will be filed with the Mossos d'Esquadra this Monday so that they can investigate the facts and try to identify those responsible for the assault. The taxi drivers' association assures that "all lines have been crossed" and has already announced that an emergency meeting will be held to assess the future steps to be taken, without ruling out the possibility of "mobilizations and protests to denounce this barbarity" .
