In this video, we see the derivation of the an equation showing the relationship between voltage and current in a capacitor. Ohm's law only applies to resistors, so while this equation is not "Ohm's Law" for capacitors, it does provide a way that we can mathematically analyze and predict the voltage and current in a capacitor.
