How To Use Resistors to Balance Single Coils & Humbuckers In Your Guitar

Описание к видео How To Use Resistors to Balance Single Coils & Humbuckers In Your Guitar

Resistors are your friend! In this video we cover how to use resistors in a guitar circuit that combines both humbuckers and single coils.

The trick is to solder a 470k resistor with the single coil, so it sees the pot value as 250k rather than 500k.

Using this simple addition to the circuit, you can combine both types of pickups. The examples we cover in this video are HS Tele (humucker/single coil), SH Tele (single coil/humbucker), HSH Strat wiring (humbucker/single coil/humbucker) and a simple HSS circuit (single/single/humbucker)
