How to use the RG3 List Functions to work like the Batch Screen and Auto Pusher Screen – RazorGage RG3 Saw Software

Whether you use the RG3 as an automatic pusher or a measuring stop, this digital measuring fence can be used with a chop saw, upcut saw, downcut saw, drill press, haunching, notching and punching machines.

In the RG3 software, we separated functions so you have certain screens that are available in Stop Mode and certain screens that are available in Pusher Mode. In order to duplicate or replicate Batch Screen and Auto Pusher Screen functions, you're going to go to Pusher Mode.

In Batch Screen you just run the same length over and over. You can adjust the quantities for however many pieces you need.

The Auto Pusher Screen is where you can construct a board. It enables users to define a cut pattern for a given stock length, save it and run it whenever it’s needed. Repeating Pattern allows you to run the same pattern over and over, as much as is needed, until you reach the quantity of parts needed

When creating the RG3 software to duplicate the Batch Screen and Auto Pusher Screen functions, we think these screen functions have been improved because you don’t have to learn several different screens. You learn one screen and you are able to execute all the screen functions including opening your saved cutlist and running them using Autolist. This is much simpler than before.

With the ToolSafe option, part quantities can be automatically decremented when the part is cut. When a part quantity reaches zero, the part is crossed off and the automatic saw measuring system advances to the next dimension in your list.
