I think I have a new favorite casserole..This is so easy..The combination of veggies that I used were perfect..I’m sure that if you are real low carb, you could use almond or coconut flour for the crust..(you just may to adjust the liquid)..that would make it lower carb..And the veggies you add would also determine how many carbs it had..Please give this one a try…It is so Delicious!!

In this recipe I am giving you the vegetables that I used..make it your own by using the vegetable your family likes 😋

Recipe
3 cups cooked shredded chicken
1 stick butter..melted
2 cups broccoli florets
1 cup carrots ..cut the way you like
1 medium onion ..chopped
1 cup green beans
5 radishes ..sliced
1 small zucchini squash ..sliced
2 cups gluten free flour
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup cream of chicken soup, or your choice..I used celery..my gluten free homemade
2 1/2 cups milk…I used 3/4 cups heavy cream , 3/4 cups water, 1 cup buttermilk …

Preheat oven 350 degrees

In a bowl whisk together flour and milk..set aside…

If my veggies are raw, I steamed them in the microwave for 4 minutes , all at one time..If you are using canned or frozen mixed vegetables , I don’t think this would be necessary ..
In a 9x13 casserole dish, melt 1 stick butter..start layering …chicken , veggies,cream soup, flour mixture..pour broth on top..Do Not Stir.
Bake in preheated oven 350 for 45-50 minutes ..
