Steps
1. Visit The Website and download the software(3utools), Also instal the lastest iTunes software
2. install and open the software
3.connect apple devices with your PC using USB cable
4. Trust d device (A message will popup in your device immediately u insert your cable)
5. Click Toolbox option
6. click virtual location
7. type in your preferred location in the map search
8. select your preferred location in the drop down options
9. Tap on the map Logo
10. click modify, and wait for the location to be modify successfully. then eject d USB cable

NOTE: each time u turn your apple device off ,your real location/ time zone will be restored automatically
