Waking up to the weight of the world, Heavy heart and a mind that won’t unfurl, Whispers in the dark, shadows on the wall, Living with a fear that I might just fall.

But I keep moving, step by step, Through the silence, and the breath, Holding on to hope so tight, In the middle of the darkest night.
