These shifters live in Redcliffe, a picturesque beach community in the Bay of Plenty region of NZ. Their biggest challenge is to keep the secret of what they are from the eyes of the humans (the innocents) but they also have to protect the needs/rights of their own kind (the civilians).

Naturally this provides a challenge for International Shifter Information and Control, along with our characters as there are two different types of shifters that don't always see eye to eye. The Lycans (tied to the moon)... and the Therians (not tied to the moon). Add in some romance and a few bumps in the road... let's just say there is never a dull moment in Redcliffe.
