One year ago, Phase Seven was searching for a new home. After reaching out to over 20 gyms, doors kept closing. With nowhere to go, savings were spent on equipment, backup plans were made, and uncertainty loomed.

Then, Hale Training Club stepped in.

The move felt risky — further away, unfamiliar, and a challenge for the team to adjust. But sometimes the hardest choices lead to the strongest foundations.

From a small Friday night class of 10 to a thriving community of Hyrox athletes, Phase Seven has grown into more than just programming. It’s about doing hard things, finding the winner in everyone, and building something people are proud to be part of.

This film marks one year on — and the start of what’s still to come, and my purpose to document it.
