Sniper/Runner Build | Cyberpunk 2077

My first build post-patch 2.0. A Re-Build of my old sniper/runner build called Widowmaker.

Complementing sniping with quickhacking, we boost our damage output, debuff enemies, cripple targets and avoid heavy amounts of damage. Make those headshots count.
