In this fourth and final reel from our conversation with Alan AtKisson on The Thriving in the Age of Disruption | The Mastery Effect Podcast, we explore what that shift looks like—and how it begins.

Alan shares the story of how a simple sketch on a whiteboard—connecting Nature, Economy, Society, and Well-being—evolved into The Compass: a tool and NGO, Compass Education, now used around the world to introduce sustainability in a clear and accessible way.

But the tool was only a doorway.
The deeper work, as Alan reflects, is designing the experience of mindset change—helping people see themselves and their systems differently.

This resonated with us. Our 3-day systems awareness program was built around that idea.

Since then nearly a thousand people in Vietnam (and recently in Singapore) have taken part—
as a step toward a 30-year shared future's vision rooted in people's inner development, planet renewal, and prosperity sharing.

Because real systems change begins with how we see ourselves and the interconnections.
