Samsung tv wifi problem troubleshoot steps and wifi fix

hello everyone, so my Samsung tv js7000 model gave me the WiFi issues and i tried fixing it for a long time and couldn't. This problem is not only for the js7000 series. I had warranty on my TV, mike from TV visual and video corp came by to fix it. In this video i will show you the issue, and the trouble shooting steps you can try and look up, and how to change the WiFi card if all fails.
