Join YachtWorld and Marilyn DeMartini along with John Kosker, President & Founder, to hop aboard a sleek new 2023 Mystic M5200 center console boat for a full in-depth walkthrough tour. Mystic Powerboats builds fast offshore powerboats that balance speed and luxury and are fully customizable. The M5200 is the company's flagship biggest center console to date. She is 52 feet overall with a 14 foot beam and weighs aproximately 26.500 lbs. dry. She hold 650 gallons of fuel, plus 60 gallons of diesel for the generator and has a 125 gallon fresh water capacity. As with other Mystic Powerboats, the 5200 combines Mystic's racing heritage with the reliability and power of Mercury outboard engines.

With quad Mercury Verado 600-HP V12 outboard engines hull #1 of the M5200 offers some sizzling performance numbers, topping out at well over 80 MPH. She jumps on plane quickly with the 2 speed transmission and stays on plane at 16-17 MPH, runs smoothly in 70 MPH range and has an efficient cruising speed in the mid 50s. Mystic also offers the M5200 with optional 450-HP Mercury outboards in four, five or six configurations (and yes they can squeeze 6 outboards on the transom of the M5200). The boat is built with infused epoxy and carbon fiber reinforcements and features an all foam core hull.

The center console layout of the M5200 features an expansive carbon-fiber hardtop with 2 rows of seating at the helm, featuring 4 bucket seats in each row for a total of 8 seats. The aft cockpit is spacious and can be outfitted with a grill, refrigerator, ice-maker, pull out cooler, storage and cupholders. The stern features a large swim platform Huge sun pad that lifts up for access to the generator and Sea Keeper. The entire aft cockpit can be shaded with an awning.

In the bow passengers will find three comfortable loungers forward of the console and U-shaped loungers up front with premium upholstery and plush cushions. Down below the console cabin has a forward convertible dinette sleeping berth, a full head, enclosed stand up shower and a second small aft sleeping berth as well. The cabin has air conditioning pumping throughout the interior as well, making the Florida heat more bearable and long days on the water more comfortable.

Mystic Powerboats was founded in 1996 by John Cosker in Melbourne, Florida before eventually moving to Port Orange, FL. The boats are tested out of Daytona Beach launched at Daytona's inlet, where the builder conducts extensive sea trials.
