A pretty epic two day hike across the beautiful yet dangerous mountains of Transylvania.
The first day entailed a relatively easy hike up to a mountain hut, where we slept for the night.
The second day started off with a one hour hike down to find food (we didn't pack nearly enough scran and were starting to get hangry).
After re-fuelling and a quick beer to hide from the rain we embarked on the hardest day hike of our lives. The incline was hard but it was the steep snowy decline that proved too much with the big packs and we had to call Mountain Rescue for help.

We called 112 emergency services and asked for mountain rescue. Do this if you ever get into a similar situation.
