The ideal candidate should possess a B-Tech degree and have 0-2.5 years of experience. The primary skill required for this position is Technical Skills (APPS)-Databases-RDBMS-Oracle PL/SQL.

As a Software Engineer at HCL, your primary responsibility would be to train others and prepare and deliver presentations for knowledge sharing among different teams in the project. You will analyze the assigned PCorCI (production support continuous improvement) incidents and propose solutions or fixes. Additionally, you will coordinate with technical teams for pending RICEFs.
