This book by Teeter is one I love to use when teaching ancient Egyptian religion. It covers many aspects of ancient Egyptian belief and ritual and devotes an entire chapter to ancient Egyptian festivals and what they were like:

This book by Meskell offers a vivid description of life in ancient Egypt during the New Kingdom, including what festivals were like. It also has more anthropological comparisons, which are interesting, but a little harder to follow for the general reader:
